GAME ON! VBS 2018 Starts June 25th!!

It’s summertime again and you KNOW what that means!  It’s time for Vacation Bible School!!

VBS runs from Monday, June 25th, through Friday, June 29th.  The fun starts each evening at 6:30 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.  And on that Friday night, the Men’s Ministry will put on a huge cookout for dinner as we celebrate what the children learned that week.  Invite your friends’ kids, too!  (Ages 3 to 13.  Toddlers okay, also.)

This year’s theme is “GAME ON!  Gearing Up for Life’s Big Game.”  The week’s theme verse is “His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2 Peter 1:3).  Gear up!  Get ready!  GAME ON!!

For more information, please contact VBS coordinators Rob Resurreccion or Phil Tucker.

Resurrection Sunday Outdoor Service at Veterans Park

Join us for our Resurrection Sunday outdoor worship service, April 1st, at 11:00 a.m. at Veterans Park for a day of fun, food, and fellowship.  Veterans Park is located at 8901 Clifford Street, White Settlement, Texas 76108.

Our service will include a wonderful Easter Cantata featuring our church choir, who has been practicing for months, under the direction of Joy Resurreccion, for this special occasion.  After service, there will be plenty of food for lunch.  Bring your children for some fun activities, too!

So invite everyone you know and come celebrate the risen Christ with us on April 1st!  See you there!!  (Note:  There will be no evening service on this Sunday.)

The Seven Last Words of Christ

Have you heard the last statements of Jesus from the cross?  Please join us for our annual Good Friday service on March 30th at 2:00 p.m. in our sanctuary.  This powerful service will recount the final words of the crucified Christ as He died for the sins of the world…only to rise again.  See you on March 30th for an unforgettable service.
